1. Services and Repairs
Due to the nature of our work, most of our services involve labour and specialised repairs. As such:
- No refunds will be issued once a service or repair has been completed and approved by the customer.
- We will, however, assess any concerns or issues raised after service delivery and take reasonable steps to resolve them.
If you believe a repair was not completed correctly, please contact us as soon as possible so we can inspect and resolve the issue.
2. Parts and Components
We supply and install parts as part of our services.

Returns or exchanges on parts will only be considered if:
- The part is faulty or defective
- The incorrect part was supplied

Parts must be returned in their original condition where possible.

Proof of purchase is required for all return or warranty claims.
3. Warranty on Workmanship
We stand behind the quality of our work.
- A warranty may apply to certain repairs and parts fitted, depending on the nature of the job.

If a fault arises within the warranty period:
- We will inspect the issue
- If deemed a valid claim, we will repair or replace the affected component at no additional cost

- Repairs or modifications carried out by third parties after our service
- Failure due to unrelated vehicle issues
5. Refunds
Refunds will only be considered in limited circumstances, such as:
- Where a service cannot be completed
- Where a part supplied is proven to be faulty and cannot be replaced
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring accurate information is provided when requesting services
- Inspecting work upon completion
- Reporting any issues promptly
